Who are you?

We are a small distribution based in Århus, Denmark run by one volunteer. When ordering records please keep in mind that we are small and things might not be as quick as you are used to.

Prices? VAT?

All prices are shown excluding VAT (25%). The VAT will be added to the total when you enter your personal info. You are lucky if you live outside of the EU. Why? Because then you will not have to pay the VAT!

Wholesale prices – where are they? Just send us an email and we’ll send you a price list.

Shipping prices

All records ship from Århus, Denmark. Prices are for worldwide shipping and handling.

World:
0 – 2,0 kg (up to 6 records) unregistered and untracked: 13€
0 – 2,0 kg (up to 6 records) registered and tracked: 16€
2,1 – 5 kg (up to 16 records) registered and tracked: 19€

Denmark:
0-10 kg (up to 30 records) registered and tracked: 10€
Pickup possible in Århus – just choose the option when checking out

Refunds and damaged goods

We do not refund any releases. We know the postal services are not always careful with the packages. So please get in touch if you receive anything that has been damaged during shipping and we will figure out a solution.

When will you ship?

We ship twice a week: Monday and Thursday/Friday!

Can I get the digitals of a specific release from SAFE?

It is possible to get digital files of selected releases coming from SAFE!
